With the state of the farm at the moment, it would not take much for a fire to sweep through. Bottom line you need an onsite manager year round, especially if the next year you will be spending more time in Zimbabwe, with the boys at school”

“A farm cannot be left alone for months at a time especially in summer when crops have to be planted, cared for and harvested. Full time care is needed and watching João and Letitia working extremely hard on their farm, bringing in a bumper crop, they will probably not have sufficient time on their hands to properly maintain yours. Hope you find a solution to care for the precious Portuguese property xx”
