This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your conduct on commentfluencer.com and our related applications and services (the “Platform”). It is incorporated into, and part of, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given there. Violating this AUP may result in invalidated results, withheld or forfeited commissions, frozen funds, clawbacks, and suspension or termination of your account, plus referral to authorities where appropriate.
1. Core principle
Commentfluencer pays for real attention that drives real traffic, disclosed honestly and earned legitimately. Anything that fakes, inflates, manipulates, or misrepresents engagement, traffic, or conversions — or that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful — is prohibited.
2. Fraud and traffic manipulation (strictly prohibited)
You must not engage in, facilitate, encourage, or benefit from:
- Bot or automated clicks/traffic — using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, headless browsers, or click farms to generate clicks, visits, or conversions.
- Click fraud / self-clicks — clicking your own tracked links, or arranging for friends, employees, alternate accounts, or paid actors to click or convert solely to generate commissions.
- Conversion fraud — generating fake sign-ups, sales, installs, or other conversions; using stolen payment methods; or placing and reversing orders to trigger payouts.
- Incentivized or misrepresented traffic — paying or rewarding users to click, or sending traffic you describe inaccurately (e.g., passing off bot or data-center traffic as organic).
- Tracking manipulation — tampering with tracked links, click IDs, redirects, pixels, postbacks, cookies, or attribution; cookie stuffing; forced clicks; or hidden/auto-loading links.
- Fee or attribution circumvention — attempting to transact off-Platform to avoid the Platform Fee, or manipulating attribution to claim results you did not drive.
3. Fake engagement and inauthentic activity (strictly prohibited)
You must not:
- Buy, sell, trade, or generate fake engagement — purchased or bot-generated likes, comments, followers, views, or shares;
- Misrepresent your reach or stats — submit comments you did not author, inflate like counts, or link accounts you do not own or control;
- Operate fake, duplicate, or impersonating accounts, or use multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, thresholds, or fraud controls;
- Verify ownership fraudulently — falsify verification of a social account.
4. Prohibited promotions and content
You must not use the Platform to promote, link to, or place codes for:
- Illegal goods, services, or activity under applicable law;
- Scams, fraud, phishing, malware, or deceptive “get-rich-quick”/MLM schemes;
- Counterfeit or infringing goods, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights;
- Regulated or restricted categories where you lack required authorization or where promotion is unlawful or violates a social platform’s rules (e.g., certain financial, gambling, adult, pharmaceutical, tobacco/vape, weapons, or alcohol categories);
- Sexually explicit, exploitative, or CSAM content; content endangering minors;
- Hateful, harassing, violent, or extremist content;
- False or deceptive claims, including unsubstantiated health, earnings, or performance claims.
Brands are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their offers, destinations, and creative; Commenters are responsible for what they post and place.
5. Disclosure and platform-rule compliance
- Always disclose paid placements clearly and conspicuously (e.g.,
#ad/#sponsored) per our FTC Disclosure Policy and applicable law. - Follow the rules of the social platforms you use (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram/Meta, and others), including their branded-content, link, spam, and disclosure policies.
- Do not spam — no mass-posting, repetitive comments, deceptive comment tactics, or behavior that violates a platform’s community guidelines.
6. Platform integrity and security
You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Platform, or access it through unauthorized automated means (beyond our public, documented features);
- Reverse engineer, probe, or attack the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt its operation (e.g., DDoS, injection, credential stuffing);
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, fraud controls, or access restrictions;
- Introduce malware or harmful code;
- Misuse data — collect, store, or use other Users’ or end users’ data except as the Platform intends and as permitted by our Privacy Policy and law.
7. Honest dealing
You must not:
- Initiate abusive chargebacks for amounts validly owed instead of using the in-Platform dispute process;
- Harass, threaten, or defraud other Users;
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or authority to act;
- Interfere with other Users’ legitimate use of the Platform.
8. Enforcement
We use automated and manual detection to enforce this AUP. We may, with or without prior notice: investigate; remove content; invalidate clicks/conversions; withhold or forfeit accrued commissions; freeze, reverse, or claw back payouts and balances; require re-verification; suspend or terminate accounts; and report unlawful activity to authorities and affected platforms. Commissions tied to prohibited conduct are forfeited and not payable. Our determination of validity for billing purposes is final, absent manifest error.
9. Reporting violations
Report suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations to trust@commentfluencer.com or support@commentfluencer.com. We investigate reports and protect good-faith reporters from retaliation.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time, with notice for material changes and an updated “Effective date.” Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
