For those wondering: This happened in May 2015 in Louisville, Kentucky. The girl was 5 or 6 years old at the time, making her 15 or 16 now. Edit: Why would she take the backpack off while being dragged along a road? Even if it seemed like the best idea remember she was only 5 and probably panicking and moving quickly on the bus so she didn’t know what to do. What she did seemed to be ok cause she’s fine now.
