“I can't believe the 'controversy' in the Arg - Eng match is centred around not penalising a high tackle, when the officiating team missed someone getting punched in the face 4 minutes into the same game. It's clear on the highlights, and it's an automatic, no mitigation red card. Even the most pro 'handbags' rugby fan knows that if a punch gets captured on camera, the TMO is supposed to flag it and it's the end of that players game, for good reason. So Argentina legitimately should have been playing the whole game with 14 men, and I think it's self evident what that would have done to their chances of getting anywhere near a last minute draw. They should have been thanking the ref rather than bullying him, it's stupid that we're even arguing about them getting the short end of the stick.”

“If anything NZ vs SA showed how there’s room for two completely different styles and how what a spectacle it was seeing them clash. NZ passing was exceptional against the Blitz with I think the settled nature of the Boks combined with their set piece being the deciding factor. Can’t wait for the Autumn Tests”

“I don't think the record for the Springboks is that they are the holders for the RWC, the U20 Championship & the sevens at the same time. NZ did this first. I think the record is that they are currently back to back winners of all 3. Which is a first.”
