“One of the reasons the fan car was banned from racing was that it picked up every little stone from the roadway and fired it at high speed into following cars. Imagine how dangerous following one on a motorcycle or even when it overtakes a bicycle. I doubt that is something they can overcome for a road legal vehicle.”

“I don't believe Cuba is restricting imports. The problem is they are living under US sanctions, embargos, and even some blockades. Fortunately, China is ignoring the sanctions and helping Cuba keep the lights on by providing massive amounts of solar energy infrastructure.”
