“For those confused about why these people can't ride bikes: 1. They're riding tandem bikes, or two people on an extra-large bike, which doesn't quite fit on the turns in the track. 2. All of their bikes are decorated, sometimes putting riders off-balance. 3. The riders are costumed, sometimes in things like wedding dresses, which can get tangled up in their legs and spokes.
