For those confused about why these people can't ride bikes: 1. They're riding tandem bikes, or two people on an extra-large bike, which doesn't quite fit on the turns in the track. 2. All of their bikes are decorated, sometimes putting riders off-balance. 3. The riders are costumed, sometimes in things like wedding dresses, which can get tangled up in their legs and spokes. The full video is "Crazy Tandem Bike Race LIVE" if you want a different POV where you can enjoy the themed bikes!
