“You can do those programs where people come and stay on your farm like interns and get to stay there for awhile when it is picking season. I don't know what it's called but my husband's cousin did it. He has a farm in Tuscan Italy. When Olive season was in progress people would come and stay for a week, get fed and help pick, but they didn't get paid normally their pay was in the experience of staying in a foreign country, a place to stay and help out for a week on a farm. My husband's cousin loved meeting all kinds of people and made lots of new friends.”
