War dogs, and hunting dogs, have been used for thousands of years. They don't get the recognition they deserve. Their contribution to humanity is untold.
The reason there's a shortage is because the market wants entry level positions filled with kids aged 18-21 with 10 years of experience 😂

I trained as an engineer when the uk “needed” 150,000 new engineers. Turns out it was to make sure there were more people than jobs which knocked the wages down massively. Now we have loads of engineers doing anything but engineering to earn a living…….
As a second year apprentice I will say it's is very difficult to first get in, I talked to 40 companies near me give or take over 3 months and all wanted apprentices with 2+ years of experience.. crazy how they need electricians but want someone else to train them
