“I am in Tampa. We lived in Knoxville for 8 years until my job got eliminated during covid, which moved us back to Florida. I miss Knoxville ALOT. Keep in mind with Florida, the car and home insurance is extremely high, property taxes are very high and you need to make sure you are not in a flood zone which will increase your home insurance. Hurricane can be very costly if you live near the beach as well. I am 5 miles from the ocean. Normally July and August is our hottest months but, June has been very hot this year.”
