“Hey Ami to answer the boils question - they’re caused by shaving because shaving causes micro cuts in your skin and then bacteria gets in. To avoid this, either reduce how often you shave the areas that are prone to getting the boils and use a new razor head (or disposable razor) each time, or consider non-shaving options.”

“About the boils! I was the same I never spoke to anyone about it as I was kinda embarassed as it was when I was at secondary school! But i went through soo many treatments, doctors freezing them, creams etc etc, but the ONE thing that genuinely 100% completely cleared them AND I haven’t had another one since is the 99.7% forever aloe Vera preservative gel !!! I absolutely swear by it! You take a shot of it every morning consistently, I suffered really badly with boils and warts like out of nowhere when I was around 18/19 years old and I’m 26 now and I’ve not had one come back since!!! I really hope you see this message and I really hope it helps! I think I took about 3 weeks worth consistently and then they genuinely started to disappear I was soo overwhelmed!! Xxxx”

“Ami, just a little tip for the boils ❤️ I’ve read that holding a warm, clean flannel on them for around 10 minutes can help, and try not to squeeze them. If you keep getting them, it might be worth mentioning it to your GP too. Hope they clear up soon because they sound so uncomfortable ❤️”
