“When I was in 6th grade, this boy made fun of me for my weight and I’d been really insecure, but he didn’t care. He kept doing that for weeks before I snapped and punched him. I got suspended for 3 days while he just had to write an apology letter to me. Luckily, my parents were on my side with this and let me transfer schools and argued with my ex-principal. My principal told my parents boys will be boys and that only he liked me, so my parents gave him a whole lecture and threatened to sue him. My parents DID end up sueing him and lost the case. This world is genuinely so fucked up. Edit: if you think that this wasn’t enough to sue him with, he also sexually assaulted me multiple times, and threatened to do even worse if I had told anyone, so DON’T COME AT ME SAYING I’M DRAMATIC. Edit 2: thank you to everyone ❤❤❤. And there are SO many people that experienced this before. It shouldn’t be that much, this shows how normalized this is and the world is so messed up nowadays. If this has happened to you, I’m so sorry and I hope your better now❤ thank you for all the support❤”
