@pahungnicolas7469394likes2 commentsAbout time we saw a good game of rugby league, no soft and unnecessary penalties, both teams were awesome, the scoreboard definitely showed, well done Roosters and to the Knights your efforts tonight was brilliant

“Just by 1 point You can't dismiss the courage Newcastle Nights put in. On paper Roosters were the team , and if there was another 15min i believe the nights would've won throwing everything they had . Also one of the Roosters player did a complete hip drop and Newcastle didnt get the penalty. But they shook the Roosters the whole game . Not a Nights supporter but to me they won my respect. Congrats to the Roosters 🐓”
“Newcastle did their town proud tonight and should be greeted home to a heroes reception despite losing.”

“Cronk & DCE both moved to the roosters at the end of their career’s and both won a championship. 🐐shiii”
“As a broncos fan, there is nothing to be sad about in Newcastle. Obviously you lost and it hurts, I know *cough* 2023, but the fight from your boys against a team that was favoured to win it from the start of the year was inspiring. Not to mention you finished 7th, and spent over half the game defending in your own half. Be proud”
“Bro got the last laugh 😂😆😆 real life villain😂”
“No right? The best defence of any finals campaign I think I’ve ever seen. Unflappable under insane pressure. Reckon they earned the right.”
“The peoples winger of the year - Mark Ermanno Dukutoko Nawaqanitawase”
“He played his absolute heart out you could see after the game how much it meant to him Newcastle can still hold their heads up high”
“They did the team proud ❤️💙 Let's be honest as a fan they were on the back foot and they managed to stay in the game so proud 😢😢😢”
“Lol very quiet at the end”
“Joey at the end of the game “I’ll be in the toilets having a line to lift the mood if anyone needs me fellas” 😢”
“As a manly fan, I’m proud of DCE, a final goodbye before he leaves!”
“Chooks fan here. Knights were so impressive with goal line defence. Cherry Evans, wow what a game. Deserved a good send off and he stood up.”
“Go knights so close”
