“I’d love to see a sketched view of your property and where the house, etc, sits in relation to the property boundaries.”

“Robbie, listen to the people in the comments! Take all the pots and special things you spent good money for. With the renovation that you have to pay for, you will regret not taking the things you had in your previous garden. You have such an exciting future with the new property. I can't wait to watch you turn it into something wonderful.”

“I can feel your house's gratitude and it's feeling lighter with the removal of each staple, nail, piece of flooring, extraneous wall...each layer. She can finally take a deep breath and just breathe. This is just such a joy to watch! ❤”

“Be careful with that flooring job. Old linoleum adhesives had asbestos. Please wear a mask while you do that job. I want you to be around for a LONG time💕”

“This is the golden rule of homesteading! You plan to buy a tractor, but you end up buying a well pump or a new roof instead. 😂 The property looks like it has so much potential, though! Excited for this new chapter.”
