Hey friend. Machinist/Engineer here. I can make that part out of billet if you like. I designed and manufactured every cold plate for the McLaren P1. It's a complex billet aluminum part of the hybrid battery. Think of a water block for a gaming GPU but friction stir welded. We can scan that cast part or just pick up the datums and working surfaces no problem.
