To stop the shark, turn the valve on the furnace (doing that will freeze the water). If the neighbor is too annoying, you can get him to go to your house, and jump through your window (doing that will trap him in your house). If you want to make the neighbor go somewhere, place something like a TV, a phone, or an alarm clock there, and turn it on. There are 2 bells, one on the table in the shark room, and one in the upstairs toilet. Either way, you need to get past the shark. When you get the gun and place it on the yellow stand on the Rifle Range counter, you will have to spam the green button a lot. Then use the rifle and shoot at least one of the people that pops up to get the Rifle Range key. When you get behind the Rifle Range, you need to use the jackhammer on the area of brick in the middle of the white wall. Also, when you are in the child's room, don't bother with the piece of paper telling you to burn the bear. That was something they were going to add, but never did (;-;).
