Krystal is nice. Her voice is nice. Her attitude is nice. She's not cold or arrogant, she's just shy around strangers. If you watch Jessica & Krystal reality show, they explained why they were quite on stage. Don't judge if you don't know fully about her. Don't judge her. You might make a fool out of yourself. If you don't like Krystal, then don't watch it. Just my opinion.
