Hey mehdi! I'm the author of the software they use at 9:35 as a spectrum analyzer. Honestly sad to see my creation used to spread misinformation... The signal they are seeing is literally just 4G/LTE. The most likely reason they're only seeing it after the tesla coil is activated is their phones had to switch which band it was using due to the interference from the coils.
