I never leave comments, but I had to this time. I am incapable of making a good mac and cheese - no matter what recipe I use, something comes out wrong. It always tastes like just a block of cheese or too eggy or too dry or too wet or the sauce doesn't stick to the noodles. This is the first recipe I've ever tried that, not only went well, but turned out amazing! This is by far the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Thank you for sharing!
