For anyone wondering, this maniac is Olympian Karsten Warholm from Norway and he is one of the best hurdlers in the world (he is the Olympic silver medalist, after all). Edit: He is also the gold medal winner from the 2020 Olympics and is the current 400m hurdles world record holder. Edit #2: Holy frijoles, where did all you people come from?
