The second one you’re supposed to get a bit of orange juice on the balloon. Since the orange is acidic it will make the balloon pop. Edit: It's actually the peeling of the orange contains limonene oil (you have to make sure that some gets onto the balloon), which dissolves the rubber balloon, causing it to quickly pop.
