Hi Matt, I work for an authorised Ferrari body shop in Italy, from the video I couldn't understand if the front radar was mounted on the car, which is in the bumper, because without connecting that radar the car won't start and will show you, with the ignition on the hybrid charge level at 0, because the front radar is part of the essential control units for the operation of the hybrid system, working on the 296 and sf90 that have the exact same hybrid system just disconnect the wiring of the front bumper that contains the radar and the car goes into a Security lock mode.
