For anyone not getting Chipper's Revenge: Before Scott made fnaf he had a game called something Chipper. It was suppose to be friendly and fun! Kids and all. But it got such bad reviews people saying "it looks like a horror game, not a child's game," Obviously angered- Scott made FNAF. Birthing the games we love. I think when Chipper says "it was suppose to be me," he is saying the game was suppose to be about him- the big awesome game was suppose to be about him- not Freddy, Bonnie, ect. He feels betrayed and left behind by Scott. :)
