For those who are curious, the person that was driving the boat that killed her was José Cen Yam. He was found guilty of culpable homicide, and sentenced to 2 years and 10 months of prison, but he never served any jail time. Instead, he paid a fine of £61 to not serve time, and paid £1500 for damages to the sons. Even after ignoring the law, and then killing a famous person, his fine was £61. People have gone to prison for longer, for stealing a few apples from a grocery store.
