“Fun Fact: the dursleys are not, in any way, shape, or form, Harry's legal guardians. Dumbledore dumped him on their doorstep without filling out any paperwork (which woulda been well outside his remit as he had no legal standing as Harry's guardian either). McGonagall might have had some legal standing if she had been mentioned in the will but she was very much against this placement so that is moot. The dursleys certainly didn't adopt him. And there's no way lily or James listed them as potential guardians in their wills. This placement was extremely illegal.”

Yeah, except that motto is jessie and james's version, and im pretty sure they're getting it wrong...
They're failing to mention: -The Mt Moon operation -The burglary in Cerulean -Everything that happens in Johto -Most importantly, that the motto is both anime only, and one that is completely wrong, as Jessie and James just learned it wrong. It is very likely that they are trying to recapture Mewtwo, but it is ABSOLUTELY NOT out of the goodness of Giovanni's heart.
Fun fact. Cats dont mind the water. Its the temperature they hate. Their body temp is a bit higher than a humans, so what feels like warm water to us, is very uncomfortable for them. So this cat just likes to "Chill" out.
