“For the 21,000 pesos a month pension; Lolo should have a decent bed , a portable commode by his bedside, a bathroom chair for bathing, renovate the bathroom (to say the least), a movable table by his bedside, a wheel chair, and etc. Lolo's pension is for his maintenance and needs.
