“She even had the flashlight app on her phone on, no doubt to help her see what's directly in front of her 😢 That tells you how dark that particular stretch of the road really was, with no designated sidewalk to walk safely on. Perhaps wearing a reflective vest would have helped her that night but we'll never know. Rest in peace, hopefully her family finds justice.”
