“Everything is great, except for the rustproofing. Without it, the new rocker panels won't last long. They really should have heated the metal and tapped it to knock off the rust, then poured used transmission oil inside—that way, it would at least last a year. Even better, they could have coated everything with used oil after cutting out the rotten panel and used rivets instead of welding; that would keep the metal from rusting for longer.”
