“Yo, that’s what you’re supposed to learn in anatomy and physiology long before nursing school…. Gotta pay attention in those prerequisites”
“People actually need to hear this. Too many women rush into or stay in bad relationships, sister is one of them”
“Now… imagine being a medic, I’ve coded people their spouse said good or about time. You’re the highest level of care, there is no one else. The other side of the fence, spouses are screaming, begging me to bring them back. In summary, choose your spouse wisely”
“His tricepts are huge.”
“Paper notes make you do the tests better tho”
“Had a serial rapist once describing in details what he wanted to do with me, my mind didn't even processed bc he wasn't even the first that day harassing me”
“Respect to nurses, hard work and shit hours. They do get paid better than most jobs though, which is deserved. You can for sure support yourself on $35+ an hour starting.”
“Ok but this is so funny”
“How many failed attempts to get the vein before I’m allowed to complain. Is 16 enough? (I was very polite actually but they were embarrassed. Only found out years later they are not allowed to just keep trying like that and not get a superior. They’re also supposed to change needles between each attempt. They really let me down that day 😂)”
“College life: For my future...for my future...FOR MY FUTURE 😭✨”
“I read "To avoid meth, I chose a career...." and my mind was processing the video at the same time. I thought we were all about to see some shit. 😮😅”
“Look for the colleague with the portable barbecue in his car Edit: wow I can't believe this is my most liked comment😂 thank you all people”
“Yes in New Jersey, New York, California and most liberal educated states the minimum is $16 to $17/hr., in extremely conservative and religious states like Texas, Utah, and Alabama it is $7.25/hr!!!”
“Ay, I had a chick in a hurry give me permanent nerve damage missing my vein like a stormtrooper. My arm blew up like a balloon, internally I was ready to fight! 😂”
“Coworker hit that wilhelm scream”
“Nurses think they're exempt from criticism when it's our bodies in their hands. Gtfo”
“I’m too old for YouTube, there’s 13 year olds filling up the comment section on a joke video.”
“honestly, working in retail made me like this too 😂 people would scream spit into my face and I just went "Sorry to hear that, have you seen our summer sale offers" 😂”
“Welp... dig in I guess”
“2 sticks is all you get, then you switch coworkers that can attempt. And yes you should swap needles after EACH stick”
“Hell no. After a su!c!d3 attempt, me not having ate for days and drank anything for at least a day, a nurse or tech stuck me 10 times. I was 15, terrified of needles, wanting to not be alive. I was crying and begging for water and for someone else to drawl my blood, or for them to wait. I felt utterly helpless. Worry about your patient instead of your coworker:(. Disrespectful patients and distressed patients are different.”
“Nurses are very emotionally robust, they don't get enough credits for that”
