“It’s far too complicated for the PL to decide on a fit and proper punishment. They will instead take the easy option and give them a combination of points deduction (not enough to relegate them), transfer ban (not enough to effect them still fighting for trophies) and a fine (loose change to their owners). The PL will spend more time on the PR campaign to highlight that it’s the most severe punishment ever given out when in reality it won’t affect City beyond one season.”
