When i was a kid, we were about to eat breakfast and my older sister walked in, she was sick. I asked her if she wanted the last poptart but she said no and left, so i ate the poptart. A few minutes later she came back in and said "actually, I would like that poptart" I felt so guilty that I had already eaten it, she said it was fine and she was just gonna go lay back down. I felt so guilty I made her a tray with orange juice, oatmeal, toast, and an apple and brought her breakfast in bed. I still have that memory because even though it was a small thing, I still feel so guilty. So I know how you feel
