“Emily, this isn't just a problem with women who attend University - this is a problem across the entire United States for women of all ages, ethnicities and walks of life.”
“Love the Toy Story Woody look Lewis”
“Judaism and Zionism are not the same thing, and they should not be treated as though they are. Judaism is a religion, a culture, a peoplehood and a tradition that has existed for thousands of years. Zionism, by contrast, is a modern political and nationalist movement that emerged in the late nineteenth century around the question of Jewish national self-determination and a Jewish homeland in historic Palestine. Many Jews are Zionists, but not all Jews are Zionists. There have always been Jews who have rejected Zionism for religious, political, ethical or other reasons. Likewise, support for Zionism is not a prerequisite for being Jewish, just as opposition to particular Israeli government policies does not make someone antisemitic. This distinction matters because criticising, questioning or rejecting a political ideology is not inherently an attack on a religion or an entire people. A person can oppose Zionism while respecting Judaism and Jewish people. Conversely, a person can be Jewish and hold any number of political positions, including Zionist, non-Zionist or anti-Zionist positions. Conflating Judaism with Zionism creates a false equivalence between Jewish identity and a particular political ideology. That does a disservice to Jews themselves by suggesting that there is one legitimate political position that Jews must hold. It also makes legitimate political discussion unnecessarily vulnerable to being characterised as an attack on Jewish people or Judaism. At the same time, criticism of Zionism must not become a pretext for hostility toward Jews. Jewish people should never be collectively held responsible for the actions of the Israeli government, and Jews should never be targeted because of their identity. Antisemitism is antisemitism regardless of the political position from which it comes. The principle should be straightforward: Judaism is not Zionism. Jews are not the Israeli government. Jewish identity is not a political ideology. And criticism of a political movement or a state’s policies should not automatically be equated with hatred of a people or a religion. These distinctions are not semantic. They are essential if we are going to have an honest, principled and intellectually serious discussion about Israel, Palestine, Jewish identity, Palestinian rights, nationalism and antisemitism.”
“There is nothing weird about this: it is just cruelty underpinned by inefficiency. USA 2026.”

“Why is it a surprise that the economic and political elite in the US are all for committing s*x crimes when the occupant of the highest office in the land is an adjudicated s*x offender? Americans are just living by the example set for them.”
“Feels like the biggest threat is Trump. Absolutely disgusting that Westminster is allowing the Trump warmongering regime to fly planes from England to attack a country in an illegal war. Celtic Alliance, Republic of Scotland”
“Can we just skip to the part where he blows his brains out in the bunker!!!!!”
“False flag to get us to join in bombing Iran. If Burnham falls for this his PM ship will be another disaster.”

“What’s so chilling is that Winston guy was so nice and normal on the call referencing “everything she’d been through” but 100% enthusiastically complicit in making it happen. That’s is chilling stuff, that someone can seem so normal, when they’re actually so dark.”
“Just want to point out that under Green Party Code of Conduct, members are allowed to disagree with policy, and may outright state their opinion, as long as they still state what the party policy is. As such, a member may say they support a two state solution but the party supports a one state solution. There are Greens who support nuclear, for example, and they have every right, despite our nationally agreed policies, to state as such”
“The Zionism conversation with Cllr Smith at is a great demonstration of why so many political debates get snarled up simply because people fail to define their terms and agree on the definitions before they get into it.. Semantics and muddles.”
“Regardless of what you think if you can't explain the policy clearly it's poorly thought out and cack handed.”
“This should have happened several years ago ... the media has been too ready to report almost every utterance. Even the most trivial. And he knew it. Same treatment shd be afforded to Fartage”
“I'm going to start selling tin foil hats. I'll be a millionaire by xmas.”
“I like the no microphone thing. It’s like the world is normal again.”
