“Congrats on your new goats. I was gifted 2 goats years ago and quickly learned a few things that may help. 1) Others have already mentioned that they will escape! They are clever and jump and climb and chew! 2) Baby can get her head stuck in the fence so just check your size. 3) If you can - rig up a way to lift your hanging clothes much higher, and get it done before they escape and eat a pair of your overalls - it will be worth your while Love watching your videos and thank you for sharing so much of your homesteading life. 🐐”

“Hazel is so cute peeking through the new curtains. It is obvious that all your critters enjoy supervising your construction projects. Even the neighbors’ dogs come over to inspect your progress. Like them I approve of your progress. Carry on ladies and have a good week.”

“I admire everything you ladies do because you love the process of creating and being self sufficient. I’m much too interested in ease at this point (age 70) in life to follow your lead. Keep reminding us how rewarding it is to live the life you want and be true to yourself.”

  3. If I could offer a couple freezer suggestions for you. We own an appliance repair company & see issues like this every day. * Invest in freezer alarms. They will save you. * The frost pattern looks odd and was only half way up the freezer wall. I would keep a very close eye on that freezer. *Ice & frost build up like what you are experiencing is from air getting in. Check your gaskets for rips or cracks. You can clean them & use a water based lubricant to form a good seal. Make sure the lid closes securely & none of the bags are getting closed in the lid. * Chest freezers do not need air flow in the same way as an upright. There are no fans. The cooling is in the walls of the freezer. Your frost pattern should come nearly to the top of the freezer. You may have a sealed system problem. Usually these issues are not cost effective to repair. *Number or color code your bins then put a list on top of the freezer in a clear sleeve listing what is in each bin. I use reusable shopping bags in different colors in one of my chest freezers. I just have to grab the bag I need. Good luck. I really enjoy your videos.

I, as a 76 year old woman who helped carve the way for wonderful women like you, could not be more proud. Do you realize how gifted you are? The fact that you found each other is a blessing for a life time. Oh, I just thought of something.....if you are confused by the first sentence .....then we of my age group did a perfect job cutting a path in the male dominated world. Not said with hate or negitivity, just facts. The 60's thru 70's were challenging . I'm so glad we did it. To see two women do all you do makes my heart swell and tears of joy stream. My Favorate moment today was the chat about lifting the walls with the man over there. God, I am so impressed with you. Sending love and respect from Pennsylvania to you. Can't wait for the next video ...........Oh, could I help organize the "I hate dandelions" club??? lol

I'm sure you realize how lucky you are to have found each other...........but...........at your place in life you really don't have the full picture yet to appreciate the miricle of finding each other. Thank you for sharing your beautiful journey with the world so we all may share your home. Wonderful visits. Love it. Thank you
