I recently had a really bad friendship break up almost a year ago and currently going through a situation of taking a few step backs from another friendship to someone I don’t think I’m compatible with anymore after 10+ years. These things absolutely suck and can be so hard to go through and no one talks about those types of break ups nearly as much as they should. as a fellow adhd pmdd girlie...i get it. so often (for me) it will feel like running away, quitting, escaping, hiding from all the things in my life that feel remotely big or scary, is easier than actually just doing the task or thing. the combination of lack of emotional regulation plus the estrogen drop of the luteal phase is just the perfect combination to feel like shit mentally. it is so unbelievably validating hearing you talk about this alisha, so thank you <3 i would also highly recommend looking into rsd (rejection sensitivity dysphoria) as it may help explain the random feelings of "this person is mad at me"
