I don't see how this can stand up in court. ToS doesn't have precedence over laws. And by law, an 8 year old can't consent.
Kinda funny when you remember that Discord is actually banned in turkey.
FYI the rule is enforced so inconsistently that some people have been banned from the Hoi4 server for using vanilla in game pictures as a pfp as well
