“The minute he took the ball with both hands, and switched control from one to the other, he established possession. A player may NOT be the first player to touch the ball after coming in bounds. So between him maintaining possession, and then stepping out of bounds, and then BACK in bounds and gaining possession, this would result in a Turnover 10/10 times in an actual game”
